Arval driver's journey is easy and uncomplicated, but it can still sometimes be interrupted due to an unexpected situation or fault. Whether it's a technical fault, flat tire or some other problem that prevents you from travelling, Arval Roadside Assistance is at your service around the clock, every day of the year!

Arval Roadside Assistance is included in all Arval service leasing contracts

Our roadside assistance is included in all our service leasing agreements (unless otherwise stated in the contract), so assistance is always within reach at no extra cost. The service is valid for vehicles weighing less than 3500 kg when the driving of the car is prevented by a technical fault that is not caused by an external factor, such as traffic accident.

Service includes:

• Start-up assistance
• Replacing a spare tire in the event of flat tire
• Opening locked doors
• Minor repairs on the road
• Supply of fuel if it runs out

If repairs are not possible on the road and the journey cannot be continued despite the measures, the service includes towing to the nearest workshop

Continuing the journey & relief vehicle

If the trip is interrupted, the customer's journey will continue by taxi, bus or train to the destination or home address, whichever is closer. The continuation of the trip is always agreed separately on a case-by-case basis with Arval Roadside Assistance.

A replacement vehicle can also be arranged by Arval Roadside Assistance if requested by the customer. The costs of the replacement vehicle are allocated either to the driver, to the customer company or Arval in accordance with a valid leasing agreement. Any additional costs of a substitute car are always allocated to the driver or customer company.

Assistance out of Finland

The services included in the package are available throughout Europe (excluding Eastern European regions). Roadside assistance will also arrange assistance elsewhere upon request, but in this case the service will be charged on a cost-based basis.
